wake up: 6am - 7am

school starts: 850am

lunch: 1045 (early)

school ends: 244pm

I always, everyday, have a stomach ache after school and my stomach is usually REALLY bloated. I feel kind of like I'm menstrual, but I'm not.

What's happening and how can I prevent this?

*I usually have cereal or trail mix bars for breakfast and a veggie wrap with cheese fruit for lunch.

  1. Take note.. does this happen every day or just when you eat dairy products? My son is lactose intolerant and can have nothing to do with milk, cheese, without bloating, nausea and cramping. Just a thought, track what you eat and pay attention to the symptoms. Are you drinking any water??? You need that to aid in all body functions including digestion.

  2. Could you be lactose intolerant?  If you are, the milk in the cheese could be causing these symptoms.  Try varying your diet a bit to see if what you're eating is the culprit.

  3. Vegetables will bloat me, especially if they are raw.
