wake up: 6am - 7amschool starts: 850amlunch: 1045 (early)school ends: 244pmI always, everyday, have a stomach ache after school and my stomach is usually REALLY bloated. I feel kind of like I'm menstrual, but I'm not.What's happening and how can I prevent this?*I usually have cereal or trail mix bars for breakfast and a veggie wrap with cheese fruit for lunch.
