Hi, every time that I work out and I'm in the middle of a sport activity I start to feel like I want to go to sleep.Running or doing mountain Bike is the most common, and the funny thing is that I'm not even tired I feel like I could run 20 miles if I want to, but IDK what to do with my sleepy feeling.I just start to have a daily vitamin complex to see if that help.Any Idea what is going on?..... if is something else?
