Why do I feel so old?

I'm 26 and I feel like i'm in my 40s. Why

I wonder do you mean emotionally or physically I feel old 2 and I'm 26 27 in a few weeks I almost feel like i'm having a mid life crisis but i've felt this way for a while now.....

Its not the age its the mileage. I feel old too. Im only 25.

I just wish I was 26 again, I'm actually in my forties and feel like I'm over the hill. When you're young, you don't really think about being older, but when you are older it's a bit depressing(for me anyway)

heavy metal. all the mercury in us. from fillings to vaccines we are loaded up. its killing us. arthritis, cancer, you name it. mercury is one of the most poisonous thing on this earth. and we are filled with it.

probably bad diet, not enough exercise and not enough fun activities in your life. I am 22 and feel old too but noticed with yoga and walking I am so much better and besides I go out lots and I feel young again!

maybe it has to do with your self esteem , maybe getting a new hair cut or getting your nail and toes done would make you feel better =)

make a list of things you would like to do just stay positive about things.
