Because you feel better but your body is probably still recovering so that's why you're tired. You should be fine in the next few days. =]

you may feel better but your body is still recovering! your fine trust me! just take it easy for a few days and u will be back to normal.

You may have CFS, if this tiredness persists longer than 6 months I would go and see a doctor ASAP

Your body still needs rest.  I am glad you are feeling better.

LIsten to your body.  It knows what you need.  Catch up on that sleep.  Good Luck.
