Why do I feel the urge to call or text someone I don't like?

I really don't like this person, they annoy me, criticize me, and things like that, and it would be best if I try not to contact them at all, but for some strange reason I always find the urge to text them or call them. Then after I do it I think "That was a dumb thing to do". Does it mean I secretly do like them? I hope not!

Maybe you secretly do like them, or maybe you are bored.  When we get bored, sometimes we human beings like to stir up our own trouble.  I say let them alone.  Go find something to take your mind off them.
