  1. Well i never eat breakfeast and i don't feel weak and probably the reason is becuz i eat like at 10 pm so im not hungry wen i wake up and dont feel weak... i start to get hungry around noon  


  2. i think u kinda get used to eating that meal and if u miss it its like missing dinner. heaps of people dont eat breakfast at all so their bodies are in a routine of not eating til lunch. i cant go without breakfast. every morning i have 4 wheatbix with honey. if i am running late and dont get to have breakfast im hungry by 10 and end up munching on chocolate buscuits in the lunch room. naughty naughty!

  3. Everyone's body chemistry is unique. Do what makes your body work its best and don't worry about it!

I used to skip breakfast, but when I got to be about 20, I would get nauseous and light headed if I didn't eat breakfast.   It may be low blood sugar.  If I get too hungry, I get dizzy, not just in the morning but any time.  At least eat a little snack if there is not time for a healthy breakfast.

  5. every one is different, but you should try and have something for breakfast like toast or fruit to get you going in the morning.

  6. Depending on your age it could be just a lack of vitamin B, of which woman lose during their cycle.

    Try to add that to your diet also make time for breakfast if anything it is the most important meal of the day, it actually is important to people trying to diet as it starts your motabulism (hope I spelt this right) of on a good start to break down foods quicker.The missconception of not eating is the worst thing to do if dieting,Just good food and consistancy is the whole answer to dieting.
