Why do I find Christian reviews so entertaining?

Question

I am not christian.And am a very liberal person.I have nothing against christians or their beliefs.But for some reason I always thought their negative reviews for movies I enjoy are funny and fun to read.I never take them seriously but love to read them.Why is this :P ?

I think sometimes the reveiws are ridiculous,They are funny sometimes but most christians think they are funny too

As a Christian...I am a lot more amused by what books have been placed on the "Banned Books" list. Movie/TV show reviews come second. It's amazing how they seem to think everyone is so easily corrupt-able...I mean people have major flaws, but really...

Example being one of the reviews above mine..I don't think it has anything to do with being de-sensitized, just having common sense. I got the difference between make believe-for-entertainment-purposes-only really early on. If my parents ever implied that I couldn't watch a movie and not figure out what in it I shouldn't go do...being raised to be moral and all...I'd be seriously insulted.

I think it's because you think it's no big deal when you see something you have seen a million times. You are de-sensitized to it. So when a Christian points out every single detail, you are amuzed by how sensitive they are. Keep in mind that many Christians have children and don't want their children's minds polluted while they are still impressionable. This is serious business. Personally as a Christian I find R rated movies offensive, but I don't really like Action movies, or comedy movies about people's private parts, or potty humor. Usually the PG and G rated stuff has better quality anyways.

b/c your a cynic loser who has nothing else to do but laugh at things, but me on the other hand enjoy funnier things such as watching people die and seeing people cry at funerals
