Why do I get Access Denied when I try to enter groups?

Question

When I try to log into Excite.com or Myspace.com or Yahoo.groups I receive the message Access Denied. I dont believe there are any parental controls on this computer and have checked the internet content area on Internet Options and moved all to allow. This is so frustrating. Thanks for any help Matt

if you're experiencing this on many sites, it's an isue some where on your end. maybe your ISP is blocking or black listing those sites.
