Why do I get Redirected when it comes to using a search engine?

Question

Every time i use a search engine such as Yahoo or Google. When I try to search for something i want it ALWAYS redirects me to an other search engine that honestly looks very trashy. But anyway the problem is always been there ever since I started getting pop-ups from Some "Internet Speed Monitor" Windows.

Well you got some virus or spyware, scan your computer with anti virus or any protection program you have to get rid of it. If you dont have one, try this: http://www.ad-aware.com and good luck.

You've been hijacked. You need to run a virus or spy Ware checker., and then get a pop-up blocker.

With my experience it looks l**k you have downloaded a program that’s free and that’s doing it

Go true that side you getting direct to and look if they say something about some of the programs that can cause it and look into add remove programs if you see it there

If it dose not help then looks like you have viruses in your computer
