Why do I get a head ache everytime I drink Capri Sun or cranberry juice?

everytime i drink capri sun i have a head ache by the time i drink it all...

i never understood why

also happens with cranberry juice and grape juice...

Too much sugar at once, most of the time juices have added sugars, and very little juice, most less than 5%.

dont drink that c**p, eat fresh fruit.  that c**p is all sugar.

Could be an allergic reaction... Is it refrigerated? 'Cause then it could be brain freeze. Talk to your doctor about that one...

A headache following ingestion of your drink could be a sign of an allergic reaction.    My suggestion would be to cut out anything that gives you a headache.   Don't drink them for several weeks.  Then, try drinking one again.  If you develop a headache then, you can be almost certain that you are allergic to an ingredient and you will know not to drink them anymore.     Good Luck!
