  1. Dear Runner son!

If you are getting mucus, it means, you have infection in lungs and that mucus when you run, due to movement of all the muscles, and fast breathing, and blood circulation the mucus is diluted and trying to come out.

You have to take medicine for the infection in lungs.

    I suggest the following:

    1. Please take RAISINS- Big dry grapes - like Kissmiss but have seeds in them. Take 25 raisins everyday after washing them at a specific time of the day like medicine. This will give lot of strength to lungs and prevent future infection.

2.Take in the first ting in the morning, bare stomach, water in which you dissolve 4-6 Tulasi leaves in the night before, and kept in a copper vessel.

3.Avoid all foods that are allergic to you.

4.Avoid Brinjal, potatao and all roots that are allergic and difficult to digest

5.Avoid Chillis. Oils, Chana flower foods(of Bengal gram).

    6. Plan your running and other exercises so that you don't get tired and over-stressed.

    7. Take medicine for strgth to lungs and removal of phlegm.
