Why do I get a rash after I play outside?

After coming home from playing basketball outside, I end up having red spots around my face (on the side) and on my chest and upper arms. They aren't huge spots, and they aren't bumps. They itch like crazy, too. :( They started appearing this summer. Also, I have the same thing after I take a shower. What's the cause of this?

ask your doctor, or go to a local medical office, it seems like you have a skin condition of some sort.

It's most definately caused from the heat. Most light skinned people have this problem more often,

Could be a heat rash, have cooler showers and see if that helps
