Never have had this happen before, but in my new exercise program, as soon as my heart rate jumps, I get throbbing head pain and I have to stop. The headache will last for hours, and my blood pressure is also increased for hours.

  1. You have too much blood pumping to your head.  You're body can't keep up.  Try lightening up a bit and build your tolerance.

  2. headaches are caused by large amounts of blood trying to get through rather small vessels and vains, thats why when your blood pressure is increased your head hurts
