So I've always had this problem (i.e. at least for 3-5 years) but never thought much of it... now I'm starting to run more outdoors as opposed to in a gym it's really starting to bug me. It's only when I'm exercising (specifically, running) and only when I'm outside - like I said, in a gym I have no problems at all. I find my chest hurts as well if the air/wind is even just a little bit cold - does this tie in with the pain in my ears? No history of ear infections or other problems, although I have had chest problems since getting pneumonia about 8 years ago.

  1. They might be linked with each other.I would go to your doctors and see what they say. There could be a few things it could be.My ears ring and i get dizzy sometimes when i run and that's because i have low blood pressure it could be something like that.
