  1. You are probably very young and immature.  Go and enjoy the game and the beauty of the golf course.  You are probably not good enough to get angry over a poor shot.

Forget your last shot (good or bad) and totally focus on the next one.   Relax.

  2. caus golf takes concentration  and patience that u may not have

  3. Just concentrate on having fun, don't worry too much about performance.  If you practice then the scores will take care of themselves

  4. yeah same thing use to happen to me keep practising and keep playing and you'll pick it up fairly sharply.best of luck

  5. You are probably expecting too much of yourself for the little time you put into the sport. TV doesn't help". If he can do it, so can I !"No way, Jose!! When you put in 40 hours a week playing and practicing and start to hit  the way a 40 hour per week player can, your frustrations will disappear. So don't expect perfection on every shot. If you happen to hit a poor one you can almost always recover. Take solace in the good shots you hit.

  6. First you need to develop the proper muscle memory to repeat an effective movement of the club thru the impact area. This is accomplished by physical fitness and proper instruction. Next you will need to develop the mental preparation and psychological attributes which enable you to persevere under the most impossibly demanding scenarios. I would recommend yoga, steroids, Buddha, acupuncture, marine boot camp, prolonged LSD experimentation, and a comfortable pair of Footjoys.

  7. You dont have the mentality of real golfers yet. There are three type of golfers: One with many skills but no confidence/no focus, one with no skills but have all in his/her focus/mind and a golfer with both of them. Lets be frank, its hard to master the skills and mental in golf but one thing you can do is, think positively all the time. Let say you make a lousy shot, the next shot, you should think 'i can recover this, i can do this, ill save par...' I admire tiger's gameplay, no for his skill, his focus and confidence. Do you think he can make all those tremendous shot when he's frustrated? Like the guy on top said, have fun =) cheers

  8. Because you don't have the training, the right training and the right equipment..

  9. probably because your not that good yet

  10. Probably for the same reason I get frustrated at a bar.

  11. You are thinking too much about the score.... just grip and rip it.

Eventually, you'll get to the green....

  12. Golf is just as much a mental sport as it is a physical sport. My golf coach told me golf if 10% what you do and 90% how you react. You may not be playing that good right now but i can promise you won't get any better by telling the ball to go "F off." Simply understand that golf is a challenging sport and takes lots of practice to be good at. If you can learn to control your emotions then you will start to play a much better game. Above all though just have fun; play a round with your buddies and just mess around or play a scramble with a friend. Just enjoy the game.

  13. i answered another one of ur questions.... ur not hitting the ball very well

write back to me if my advise worked for you... ive been playing for 9 yrs now

  14. There are some sports where perfection can be achieved.  Baseball pitchers occasionally throw a perfect game.  Bowlers occasionally roll a 300 game.  You'l never shoot an 18 for 18 holes of golf.  Par is defined as what a good golfer should shoot on a round of golf.

Let's take this one step further.  Depending on your skill level, set your goals something like this; If you have trouble breaking 100, say to your self that anything under"double bogey golf" is a win.  By double bogey golf, I mean that you measure your round by whether each hole you played, you were above or below the baseline of being 2 over par for each hole.  So, an average round for you would be 36 over par.  If after 9 holes, you're only 15 over par, then you tell yourself,"Hey, I'm 3 under double bogey!!"

As your skills improve(working on that is a whole nother subject) you'll drop down to thinking in "bogey golf" terminology, where your average round is only 18 over par for a round(kinda where I'm at right now).  After you start shooting  4 or 5  under "bogey golf", then start counting against par.

Some other things to do to see the glass as half full

    1. Pretty basic, but did your last shot get you closer to the hole?

    2. Did your last shot improve your chances of getting on the green(or in the hole) with your next shot?

    3.  When chipping from just off the gree, don't focus on holng the chip.  Think of the hole as being 6' in diameter and anywhere inside that tub should be good to get down in two from there.

Benchmarks for this game are useful, but don't get hung up on them.

    Good luck

  15. Because EVERYONE gets frustrated when they play golf - that's the nature of the game.

  16. I have the best answer to this. You don't practice enough to be any good. As a result you thrash your way around the golf course and it ends in frustration.

Here is a simple tip on how you can improve your game fast. Go out and buy those new CO2 pressurized practice balls called almostGolf balls and begin just hitting shots around your yard, park or schoolyard for 15-30 minutes a day. Basically, the reason most golfer suck is because they can't get to a dedicated range and before this ball was invented, that was all you had.

So find a parking lot, park, yard or where ever, that is within walking distance from your home and begin with a 9 irons hitting to a tree or post. Make it casual, fun and experiment. Take the pressure off and just hit shots and you'll be surprised how fast your swing will become effortless.

    Best of luck

  17. Think about this... Tiger Woods the greatest golfer to ever live said that he makes about 6 bad shots per round. Now if the world's greatest golfer hits 6 bad shots per round where does that leave players like you and I. The object is to not let it get you down or frustrated because you will make several bad shots per round. before you play realize that bad shots will happen but the key is to not let them frustrate you... Good Luck
