  1. where a hat and sunglasses or try drinking alot of water or maybe soetimes staying indoors by a cool fan might help =]

  2. wear light clothing, wear a hat ,drink plenty of water about a gallon before going in the hot sun, keep hydrated all the time your in the sun, but mostly before and don't forget sunglasses and sun protection may be a 45 spf

  3. Do you look in the mirror more during the summer?

  4. When they get bad, get out of the sun and the heat.  Sit back in an air-condtionted room and relax.  Put a cool washcloth on your head.  Take a cool shower.  Tylenol can help!  If they persist and are really bad, please go see a doctor.  You could be experiencing migranes and there are prescriptioni drugs that help.  Remember to drink LOTS of water when outside on hot days.  Don't over do it!  Take a dip in a pool in or in a lake if you can!  Like I said, you may want to see a doctor to rule out migranes.  GOOD LUCK!

  5. wear sunglasses ALL the time I had that same problem and still do whenever I do not wear them, and like everyone else said drink cool water

  6. i used to get these but everyone told me to drink LOTTS of water at that helps Alot and if you feel like your getting one takes some advil or something. dont let it get to bad and make sure to carry what ever medicine you take for your headache with you.

    and try sun glasses

and DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!!!

  7. it could be dehydration, or else they could be sinus headaches caused by allergies,  Water will fix dehydration, and meds/showers will fix sinus headaches.

  8. Dehydration

    drink more water

  9. Had this problem before.

Drink plenty of water, not necessarily ice cold water, but cool water.  Remember your body is hot, pouring ice cold water in your body is actually causing a shock to your system.

Make sure your clothing is light and loose enough to allow your skin to breathe.

Wear sunglasses!  Stress from heat and brightness on your eyes effect your head.

Also don't forget to eat regularily, nothing really heavy.  Some people tend to not feel like eating when its hot out.

Could always call or go to a doctor or search an online medical site.

    Hope you figure it out.

  10. It may be migraines, or it may just be dehydration from lack of water. Or it might just be allergies, just try to drink more water or see if you're allergic to anything around you.

  11. I would say  drink more water  but it may be an idea  to keep out of the sun  or wear a hat.

  12. It can be due to your sinus or ear pressure. You should go get checked out at your local otolaryngologist (ENT).

  13. I usually don't get headaches unless I'm dehydrated. Water usually clears it up pretty fast for me.
