Why do I get more thumbs down than other people saying the same thing?

Honestly, is it the fact that I don't know how to make myself a face or what?

Maybe you make statements better than others and they are jealous. We all have this problem from time to time. Just ignore the detractors and be true to yourself.

maybe its the wording. some choice of words cause some emotions

example:

my cat died (not that much emotion)

my cat is dead (alot more emotion)

my cat is in heaven (when speaking to a child)

see what i mean?

I think that you should give yourself a personality and that will make you feel better. Why should you let it bother you. Once I answer a question I seldom go back and check, unless it was a question that interested me, and I want to see what others are answering, I don't care. I expect to be challenged.  I have more important things to do, like shop on eBay and order movies from Blockbuster.

I love it when someone who disagrees with me sends me a nasty email. Now, that really makes me happy, because they are big time stupid and I get a laugh.

Don't know, but I've found that I can write the most rational and logical replies to an answer and some c**k sucker will  give me a thumbs down rating!

Now, I don't care much about the thumbs rating, any more.  I just figure they're clicked on by some mental r****d.

P.S.  I have no doubt that some moron will report this answer for "violating community standards".  Guess what, I don't give a ****.
