Why do I get only picture and no sound on a station that shows full signal strength on my HDTV?

From station 9-1 I get great picture absolutely no sound but on 9-2 I get picture and sound. Sister station 27-1 no sound, great picture and 27-2 picture and sound ok. All other stations scanned in I get picture and sound. 9-1 is ABC and I want to continue receiving it next year. And by the way I use a digital antenna. Any thoughts?

You probably have SAP enable in your sound options menu. Disable it by switching it to stereo or mone mode either in the menu or by pushing a sound option button on your remote. Usually labeled SAP,MTS,Audio,Sound...or something along the line of an audio function button. If this doesn't solve the problem, then unplug your tv for ten minutes and plug back in. Re-autoprogram your channels
