Question:

Why do I get so "depressed" every once in a while? I have NOTHING to be depressed about.?

It's starting to p**s me the h**l off. How do I stop? I'm not taking pills.

  1. Depression is a medical state.  I didn't understand it until I had it earlier this year and felt out of control, even though there wasn't much to feel out of control about.  Perhaps you need a low dosage of Paxil.  It will kick it in no time. Talk to a doctor about it.  Depression is a really weird thing.  It definitely comes out of the blue, and is just there.

It happens to a lot of people.  You have a lot to be unhappy about, but when you're unhappy, you might not be able to think it out to the point at which you know why you're unhappy.  My only suggestions are to make sure you're eating right, exercising, doing what you think is right, and writing.  If you don't do the first four very well, I still suggest you write.  You can even ask yourself questions about why you're unhappy and answer them.  It sounds weird, maybe, but writing, about anything, can be more helpful than you might know.
