Why do I get the message "gprs not subscribed" on my cect p168 iclone phone?

I recently purchased a cect p168 iclone phone for my son, and he's having problems uploading pictures on his phone. He's also having trouble sending picture messages. Any time he does either of those he receives the message saying "gprs not subscribe". What does that mean? Our cell phone provider is Tmobile. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

you cant get picture mail on the iphone clone. u cant use the web and other features because its a fake made for use in china and asia.  can send and get text messeges.

thtas one of the reasons i didnt get a ipone clone i have tmobile also and i had that phone.
