Why do I get the urge to cut myself?

Question

Whenever I'm scared or alone I get the urge to cut myself. I don't know why. I used to do it...but then I stopped, for God. But I still would get the urges. And lately it's gotten worse...why? I *have* been getting lonelier and kinda stressed. Why do I want to hurt myself?

i am a strong believer in God but i cut.... i am always alone im a 12 year old wit nothing i cut and bleed i die a little everytime but i love it we all ahve our reason but ill tell u this go talk to some one close
