After eating (especially it seems anything with sugar) I tend to have trouble breathing. It feels kind of like an anxiety attack. I can't seem to catch my breath. After maybe 1/2 an hour or an hour it fades away.I can be sitting still and my heart rate goes up. I don't smoke or drink, I don't even consume beverages with caffeine. What could this be?
