I was staring at a mirror right now, and I noticed that I have skinny arms, kinda toned but still skinny, and real skinny legs too, but my belly is real big, and doctors told me before I need to loose about 30 pounds... I'm guessing those 30 pounds I need to loose are in my belly and chest and stuff... But like why doesn't it even out? And how do I even it out? Or better yet, how do I loose weight, but trying loosing more weight from my arms or legs?
