Question:

Why do I have a lot of fat on my thighs??

I'm pretty tall for a teenage girl and I'm not fat but my thighs are like really big and fat and wide. And that makes my butt look big.

So I basically look like a tall girl with an upper body like a model and then you look at my legs and butt and they're just so thick.

I look out of proportion. My legs are really tall but all the fat on my legs makes it look stubby. HELP!

  1. most women store their fat on their legs and butt.

most men on their midsections. its normal.

having an upper body like a model and really big thighs is a bit more out of proportion than normal but then thats just your body type.

theres no such thing as spot training so you can't do some leg exercises and get your thighs toned... but you can loose fat all over which will end up being alot from your thighs since thats where you store your fat.

read up on interval training. its too long to explain... google it-INTERVAL TRAINING.

you'll burn off fat from your thighs.

if you do want to tone your leg and butt muscles a bit then get a few exercises in. again , its not going to burn off the fat and make your legs thinner, but it will tone your leg muscles (on the indside, won't make a visible difference if theres too much fat outside)

    squats (for your quads)

lunges (for your hamstrings and glutes)

    quads=front part of thigh

hamstring is the back part and glutes is your a-s-s

    goodluck

  2. Thats hot

I love girls with thick legs its a huge turn on baby ;D

  3. Interval training is easy to explain. Hop on an exercise bike and do the following.

5 minutes, pedal at a slow pace, basically warming up

2 minutes, pedal fast enough to start breathing heavy

1 minute, slow down a little

2 minutes, increase to a pace where it is hard to carry a conversation

3 minutes, slow down until you can talk again and have a conversation

Repeat, but skip the 5 minute warm up.  When you are done about 45 minutes, use the last 5 minutes to cool down.

Interval training is just that, one interval of slow, one interval of fast, and repeat.  This is one of the most effective methods of burning fat.

To lose the fat, drop to about 1800 calories a day split over 6 meals, this will stabilize blood sugar and keep you burning fat.  Drink plenty of water and do cardio 5 days a week.  Leave the weekends off to relax.

Once you hit the weight you want to stay at, cut the cardio down by 5 minutes a week until you stabilize your weight and then stay at that cardio level.

Fat will come off from wherever the body wants it too, so you may lose more on the top until your body takes it from the hip and thigh area.

    You can do it!!

  4. Well first of all you are a girl and unlike men are fat tend to go straight to our thighs it is so annoying. Tell me about it my thighs are HUGE but also when your hips start to widen your thighs can get bigger but it should drop off so easily if you walk and run places regularly don't worry you will lose it and because your a teenager your body is not at the shape you are going to stay for the rest of your life so don't worry and just let mother nature take its course and it should just drop of you.
