Why do I have a striking pain in the left side of my collarbone, ?

I have a really bad pain on the left side of my collarbone, it only pains about once a day and it will happen all of a sudden for about 5 min and it is almost unbearable pain, Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

This kind of pain can occur such as from sleeping in the same position for too long or even in the wrong position for your body (both examples only).
