Why do I have black hair bulbs sometimes, and white bulbs other times when I pluck my hair out???

  1. white hair bulbs i think is the follicle once you pull the hair out. the black bulbs is the hair growing underneath your skin, especially if you have dark hair.


  2. The black is the root, and the white is actually skin - the black root is still in there under the skin.

  3. maybe its ingrown hair
