Why do I have blurred vision in one eye?

My right eye for some reason occasionally gets blurry for no reason. Sometimes when I blink, it's a little blurry, but when I blink again, it goes away. Why? It's as if I have too much tear production. I am 17, no known health problems, and don't wear contact lenses, or wear glasses. I first noticed this happening a few days ago.
