Every day I usually have from two to three migraines at random times. Most of the time they are at night and morning but can happen anytime really. I just need to know why.

And it isn't a stress or noise thing.

  1. The killer sugar table can cause migraines and sweet foods that are loaded with white sugar or refined sugar include desserts, cakes, cookies, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream and many others.  See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

  2. Aw hun, are you sure it's migraines ? Perhaps you need to have your eyes tested, if you haven't already done so.

I thought I suffered from Migraines, well rather I put it down to that, as other people in my family suffered from them.

( It is not my intention to scare you ok hun ) It turned out to be a far more serious condition, something which there is no actual cure for.

My advise to you hun is, go to see your Gp firstly, tell him/her exactly what's going on. Secondly, go make an appointment at an Opticians & tell the Optician what is going on, perhaps it's just a case of you needing glasses for reading or watching t.v. etc.

Please don't make the same mistake that I did & presume it's one thing when it could well be something totally different. I put what I thought was headaches & visual disturbances, which I suffered from for 18 yrs, down to Migraine & I was wrong.

Get yourself checked out hun, your family & your health are the most precious things you have, please don't waste either.

    Good Luck. X :-)
