I wake up in the morning with this pain. It usually happens once a week or so for the past 3 weeks. It happened a lot right after I had my baby 5 months ago and then just stopped and now it has started up again. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I have been tested for RA since my mom has it and it was all negative. The only thing that helps a little is heat. The bones just hurt and are swollen a little. I am only 24 and don't want arthritis already.

  1. Do you work with your hands a lot?

It could be a form of tendinitis or carpal-tunnel syndrome. This is probably why heat is helping to alleviate the pain. Have an orthopedist or sports doctor check!

  2. u sure it's not arthrits?..otherwise, you might be lacking some vitamin B. i dont know which one.. if its B1, B2..B6..im not sure...but these vitamins has something to do with your nerves where blood passes.  Pain, stiffness and swelling are signs of decreased blood supply to an area being affected.

Decreased blood supply causes release of lactic acid to the area - causing pain.

Swelling occurs when the veins in that area has inability to send the circulating body fluids in your body back to the heart ..causing it to be stasis.
