I do not know if the air get into my bones are muscles but my legs ache every time I move them when this happens! I am forced to stay still till it heals or put rubbing alcohol or massage or take a pain killer or a hot shower! but after the shower it comes back once the air hits! 1. Hello Teenage Wonder,

I used to have exactly the same thing when I was your age.  I put it down to either growing pains, or "that time of the month".  Try a hot bath or shower when it happens, otherwise, sorry I can't help you out, you just have to ride it out.  It will go I promise.

  2. I did this when i was younger(now 16, Probably not growing anymore), My mom just said it was growing pains. Shes not a doctor but she has experience in this kinda thing.
