I have a feedback of 48(should be 50 when my last 15 transactions leave me feedback), it's 100% positive and I have been a member for over 6 months, yet when I tried selling a product from a certain company ebay has said that I have to wait 30 days and when I emailed them they said that my limits cant be raised yet. Why??????

  1. Is your selling account all paid up or do you owe ebay money?  That maybe one reason.

  2. What are your DSRs?  Go to the seller dashboard and it will typically tell you how you are performing whether you've been anonymously reported for trading violations, low customer satisfaction (someone may have left you a 1 or 2), etc.  It could just be that you are selling something known to draw a lot of fraud.

To check your selling go to your "My eBay" and then go to "My Account".  It should be at the bottom if you are in the forced Beta program.

  3. Did you check if your account is verified?  Maybe there is a problem with your business account, you don't know about.
