I am 32 and I know I discharge before and after my period.

Lately though, I will have vaginal discharge for no apparent reason. It's copletely clear and has no odor, but is annoying!! I have to wear panty liners as it will gush out and make my panties wet and uncomfortable. I have been using tampons lately as it is such a nucense. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

  1. as long as it's clear and has no odor, i think you're ok. there are a lot of articles on the internet that discuss vaginal discharge and say that it is normal. however, if it gets excessive, changes colors, or has bad odor, i think that you should go to the doctor.

  2. Glands inside your v****a and cervix make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the v****a each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the v****a. This is your body's way of keeping your v****a healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn't smell bad.

The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when a woman is breastfeeding or when a woman is sexually excited.

Changes that may signal a problem include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the color or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your v****a. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that's stained with blood when you're not having your period could also be a sign of a problem.  Some other types of infections such as yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis can also cause discharge that is usually accompanied by odor such as beer/yeast/fish.

I would recommend that if you have any of these signs or any concerns regarding this you consult with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and for proper treatment should you have anything other than just a normal vaginal discharge.

    Good luck :)

  3. maybe you're pregnant. it happened to me

  4. copletely? nucense?

    You have a bladder leak!

  5. I have the same problem. I figured I'd try the yogurt trick. Literally... just like 20 minutes ago, I put plain yogurt with live and active yogurt cultures all over a tampon and inserted it... in ya know. I left it in for about 15 minutes, removed it and it seems to be great so far. Try it out... a little tub of plain yogurt is like 40 cents.  Good luck.

-Oh and I heard doing this can cure a yeast infection. Type in "yogurt in v****a" in yahoo answers search. You might want to try it!

24 hours later and it's working great... a little discharge flow probably from the v****a cleaning itself especially after the yogurt insertion but I think it was pretty effective.

  6. Why do you think that I am supposed to know what is wrong with your v****a? I mean really.

  7. Why not just go to the doctor and get checked out.
