Why do I have so much veins?

I have a lot of veins that show going down my hands and the must annoying one is on my forehead whenever I laugh the one on my forehead is very visible. I'm kind of thin and 16 year old male. Should I be doing something about it or am i cursed.

well usually veins are more noticeable on more athletic people, who lift weights or have muscle. I'm a girl (14 going on 15) and i have one vein on my right arm that is raised, and on the tops of my hands.  lol, it's like i have thin skin or something, because I scrap very easily.  it's nothing 2 worry about, but i don't think u can do anything about it, but maybe see a dermatologist.

maybe it's genetics, do some of you family have veins like you or just you? maybe you exercise a lot. you could try eating more
