My resting heart weight is 80-85 when sitting down, it's not even that I don't exercise, I do 40 minutes or more of running 6 days a week. I am 5'3 and 108-111 lbs. I don't eat horribly. I take prozac and yaz if that affects anything. And also a pill for my acne. I have been exercising for over 3 months, what could it be? I am also 15 years old and female.

  1. If you have anxiety your heart rate will tend to be higher than a normal heart rate.  Mainly because your anxious all the time.  And I wouldn't worry about so much because.  When your on a lot of medications it can cause your heart rate to be higher than usual.  Don't worry about anything.

    I hope this helps

  2. You may please get your thyroid function and blood sugar checked; probably addition of propranolol 10 to 20 mg a day for some time under medical advice may perhaps help you to control your heart rate smoothly.

  3. Maybe you're anxious, it can make your heart beat faster and blood pressure go higher.
