Why do I have these weird breakdowns where I can hardly control what I'm doing?

They always happen at night or at noon.

Around an hour ago, I just started consuming random stuff.

Here's what I can remember what I had:

Freebze, Glue, Deoderant, Vaseline, Lotion

And then I went and took some Advil, which took away my headache and made me realize what I had been doing.

Ah god I feel like I'm going to puke right now.

This has been happening every few days for a week now.

The other times I ate everything in the pantry, I baked two cakes and a made pudding, I took all my clothes out of my closet, and I went into my dad's study and took all the books out of the shelves and stacked them into towers.

I'll do these weird things, and then I'll go take some advil.

Then I'll realize what I did and be like what the h**l is wrong with me.

Any idea why this has been happening?

And if you have anything I can do that will make me feel like I don't have to puke, that'd be awesome.

  1. you might be having a mental breakdown from depression or SOMETHING. You need to see a psychiatrist now, before it gets worst. please.

  2. You could have multiple personalities. Its like you become a different person. You should ask a psychiatrist or a doctor. There is medication for it but its prescribed by a psychiatrist.

  3. I remember watching this show on the health channel once where this woman had a problem with swallowing everything that was in sight.

Batteries, keys, pens, paper clips. She had to have her stomach pumped so many times.

I'm not sure what it's called but that sounds a lot like what you do sometimes. I would suggest taking this to a doctor, despite what sort of shame you feel.

It's a mental situation, no doubt but I'm not sure exactly what.

The best of luck to you.

  4. I have breakdowns where I'm minding my own business and all the sudden I get like big buggy eyes and I laugh like an insane person as I stare off into space for about five full seconds... Then I usually just behave normally after that. They only happen like every week or so, though. Really embarrassing when they happen in public.

But I don't think it's anything serious... So meh. Just kinda ignore it.

You might try contacting a doctor, though.... o___o
