Question:

Why do I have to go back for more costly dental work?

I had a tooth pulled and will be getting further work done. What am I doing wrong in terms of keeping my teeth healthy? I brush daily and rinse with mouthwash in the morning. Some people tell me I should stop drinking soda altogether since it contains lots of sugar; others tell me to also drop fruit juices, which is also loaded with sugar. I'd like feedback. All this dental work is making a huge hole in my wallet!

  1. Flossing helps.

cutting back on soda and other sweets does help (from personal experience)

u also mentioned cost... If u feel your dentist is charging too much u may want to shop around for a new one.  Some dentists are in the business to help people with their teeth, some are there for money(imo).

  2. Water is cheap.....just try it for awhile and see if it helps........
