Why do I have to go through daily search with birthday, zip, etc. when I have it set for 2 weeks. HELP.?

Every day I have Sign-In probelms; must list my birthday, zip, etc when I know my address and password. I'm getting really sick of this. On my Account, I have Verify listed Every 2 weeks but it asks me every few hours. HELP, PLEASE HELP ME.

I wish I could help you!  I am asked for my password / sign in every two days.  I also have it set for every two weeks.  This just started recently. maybe it's a glitch in the system.  I hope they get it fixed!!  It is very irritating!
