Why do I hear a windy sound or heartbeat in my ear after i yawn?

It sound like wind or when you put your ear to a sea shell. I also smoke could that be it?

  1. That's how it starts out, slowly and then it becomes permanent.  Go to a chiropractor and have him work on you.

    Other doctors can't help, but a chiropractor can.

Wow, know what you're talking about before you answer, people.  When you yawn your eustachian tube opens (it's how you "pop" your ears, to equalize pressure, you could have a slightly blocked eustachian tube or a mild ear infection - or it could be the way you're made.  Has nothing to do with smoking, and I'm sure you won't die.
