Why do I keep dreaming about a former co-worker?

I keep having this dream about a former co-worker from an internship I had two years ago. There always a level of sexual tension between us but we lost contact after awhile. Recently I have been dreaming about her a lot.

She is definitely very physically attractive, classy, and intelligent and fits the mold most people would expect me to date.

Details needed are missing.  However, if I were a betting man, the woman you are with now does not meet expectation and is less than fulfilling.  Move on, find someone close to the dream or find the girl in the dream.  Whatever the case, leave what it is you have now.

She has affected your life in a big way. You still have feelings for her and your should try to get in contact with her. If you get back together that would be great but if you don't you should still stay friends! Best of luck!
