Why do I keep dreaming about my crush?

I have had a huge crush on a boy in my class since May, and just recently I started having dreams about him almost every night. In one dream, he was with two of his friends, and I was at my grandmothers house, and they came by, and then he got hit in the head with something and passed out, and that's all that I remember. I have had a few other dreams with him in them too. Is there any reason for this? Is it just because I miss him since I haven't seen him in about 2 months?

It's only natural for the human mind to continue thinking about him into the subconscious because your conscious is always thinking about your current infatuation with him.
