Why the h**l do I keep dreaming about my cousin and my sister were doing the nasty. ._.

No one can interpret your dreams or tell you what they mean. Only you can do this. Never mind those who say they can tell you what your dream "means." It only means something to YOU because you give it your personal meaning.

Don’t bother with dream books, dream dictionaries, internet sites that tell you to look for codes or symbols or hidden mysteries in dreams. Dreams do not contain such things. Dreams are straightforward, just like your waking thoughts.

Cousins: someone trust worthy

"the nasty":it can represent a feeling that someone is trying to act too familiar

your sister: Your actual sister,or a person thats like a sister to you

as i said these may not apply to you but if your looking for that profound interpetation its probably that

someone trust worthy(a friend perhaps,played by your cousin) is acting or getting to close to your sister, you feel uncomfortable and thus have this nasty dream, and i mean naaaasty.

lol its just a dream. u had it one night, randomly, and it freaked you out. so the more u think of it, ur gonna keep dreaming about it.

Is this a girl cousin or a boy cousin?  You're dreams can  be about something you're worried about surfacing subconciously.  You would be the one who could sort out what you might be worried about, or you and a close friend, or you and a psychotherapist.  I don't think the average stranger would have any idea what's going on.
