  1. For   (i) workplace ( 8 hours),

for (ii) leisure ( 8 hours),

and also for  (iii) sleep ( 8 hours),    we need conducive environment, ambiance  to achieve better performance.

    (i),(ii),&(iii) are all interlinked.

  2. "There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamed of in your philosophy."

All things are possible, however, It is probably something in your life that your are afraid to change or are afraid is changing.

I would recommend talking to a counselor to try to sort this out.

  3. Here I go again, putting on my know-it-all 25-cent psychologist hat! No charge for this one, because I can't even plumb under my own toilet, much less the depths of another person's psyche, and so, when things get too nasty either place, I usually call whatever professional that charges prices I can afford.

Still, friend, I am pretty sure of one thing: the demons of the dream world are not ghosts, and the only h**l they come from is the h**l of living in such an anxious, worrisome world as this. It is filled with very intimidating mysteries, imaginary or real. We knew that before Freud, and I'll bet you even a REAL psychologist would tell you that sometimes the most dreadful thing of all is the imagination.

The following suggestion has one merit, the fact that I didn't invent it, but have read it repeatedly in pop psych and dream interpretation manuals: What would it hurt to keep a note pad and a pencil by the bed and write down the dream briefly?

Describe the circumstances, the setting, and the appearance and behavior of the demons, and ask yourself, "What was I worrying about before I went to sleep? What am I afraid of?" Keep doing this until the American Association of Professional Psychologists and Slick-tongued Soothsayers jerks my self-bestowed license for giving unqualified advice.

Without taking such unqualified license, how could I ever survive even one day on "Yahoo Answers"?

My thin excuse is that I did it and it helped me. And also, if you realize during the dream that it is indeed a dream, you might try turning and confronting the demons, saying, "Haunt ME, huh? Here I am, Freddy, do your damnedest!" Freddy Kruger may be ugly, but you have one advantage over him: you're real. You'll still be there when you wake up. Spit on Freddy or the Wicked Witch of the West, and they dissolve in saliva. Confronting them, you might soon become convinced that dream demons can do nothing. In real life, Freddy doesn't pop into people's bedrooms after the nightmare is over.

And yet--- I feel trepidation, for some reason. Would that such simplistic advice always worked! As FDR said, "You have nothing to fear but fear itself", but dealing with chronic anxiety, panic and fear is certainly not always so simple as all that!

Often a professional can help with a person faced with severe anxieties, so-called "baseless terror", and nightmares. We folks are mostly just having fun trying to answer hard questions, but real fears and anxieties are too serious a business for amateurs, so, as Carl Sandburg wrote, "Beware of advice-- even this!"

  4. Because your anti-patriotic. Hang an American flag above your bed and the dreams will stop.

  5. Dreams of demons are not always dreams of evil,or even symbols of torment.Devils can,for example, represent intelligence, cunning ("devilishly clever!"),and even sexuality("you devil you!").These traditional representatives of the dark side often symbolize the unconscious, especially one's shadow self.

  6. It just means you're probably anxious about something. Nothing more, nothing less. When that anxiety goes away, whatever it happens to be, your demon dreams will likely go away too.

(P.S. I  wrote this!  Don't know who "unknown" is, but it seems to have been stuck in again by mistake. No big deal, except that I might want to use it elsewhere, and prefer not to have any disputes about the authorship of anything I write.)

  8. Did you ever see the movie "Dreamscape"? Awesome flick about dreams.

Is there something in your life that scares you that you haven't faced? If you face a real problem and come out even or ahead, those dreams might fade. If you face the thing you fear, the death of fear is certain (according to a famous German).

  9. I have had the same experience, and what I noticed was that I usually was in a negative relationship.  When the relationship ended so did the demon dreams.  So take it as a warning!

  10. well they say stress causes nightmares...cut back on the stress maybe

  11. YOu need to cut back on the scary movie's.

I would start off with watching Barnie ever night before you go to bed. Then in the morning watch your favortie (not scary) movie.

Think nice thoughts before you go to bed. Dont have alot of sugar before you go to bed.

  12. Then quit playing Dungeons and Dragons.

  13. It's probably something with what you watch on TV or the computer, try to cut down on the demonic aspects of these and see what is happening.  It may also be something you eat before you go to bed (yes I know, but it might)

  14. believe it or not i have the same issue...i have been trying to figure out why...and the only thing i can come up with are the demons i am bothered about during the day are the ones which actually chase me at night.  For example, i am not pleased at work and have issues with some of the people there, i have been able to identify significant relationships between the demons in my dreams and the insignificant idiots at work...now the demons are not so scary and i have begun laughing at them in my dream...hopefully they will stop soon...if i were you i would try very hard to remember anything identifyable about those demons and find what it is in your life that it associates with...good luck

  15. odds are that it's some stimuli from when you're awake.  I would assume that it could be from music, movies, conflicts of some sort that are tearing you apart, etc...

Do you lie awake for a while before sleeping thinking about something? if so, is is something specific (and similar) each time?  I'd try and resolve this first.

  16. Hi..

I often had problems like this and so did our son.  If you eat before you go to bed have something lite like one cookie or some milk.

if you fall asleep to the tv have a channel on that has things on through the nite that are non demononic.

If you believe in GOD or angels ask them to help you put them to rest so you can get much needed sleep.

if you are having a problem that is eating at you write it down and just say there is nothing I can do with it until morning,

Take a warm bath before you go to bed

fill yourself with sweet thoughts there is so much negativity in  our world.

Also for our son, who had characters scaring him we put lavender drops on a cloth in the dirty clothes hamper..this gave him the peace to be able to sleep.

GOOD LUCK and keep a good thought.

if this continues speak to your family dr because it may start to inhibit your work

  18. Irregardless of why you dream of demons time and time again, it seems you want that to come to an end.  If you go to sleep fearing demons you'll dream of them and the cycle continues.  Practice some visualization before drifitng off to sleep.  Face the demon and laugh in his face.  Imagine how they handle it on Harry Potter with the Ridikulus imagry where their biggest fear becomes something ridiculous.

Those visualizations will carry over into your dreams and enpower you to not only face these demons but to stand up to them and defeat your fear of them.

    Best of luck!

  19. Maybe its from increased stress from work, or school. Watching to much of the Emily Rose movie, i forget what its called, maybe might be the cause of what is causing you to awake that early in the morning. Or maybe its time for you to return to the faith of Jesus christ, maybe its sign that you are losing hope, and that the darkness is creeping up on you.

  20. Okay. Let's examine what I know already and what you said.

First of all, during sleep the brain will often communicate things that the subconscious has noticed, but that the conscious mind has not. During sleep, messages may come across either as metaphors or literally.

This is true of repeating dreams even more than usual. A repeating dream usually repeats until you either figure out what it is trying to get across or until you do something differently in the dream and get a better outcome.

So, case 1: Your brain is trying to get you to realize something important about your life.  The demons may be symbolic. Consider what they mean for you. When you see one, what do you think of? Hate? Fear? Temptation? Danger? What do you associate them with? You may find a match for it in your waking life!

Case 2 is a bit more sinister and a lot less likely: demons are actually after you. I have been attacked by demons. In fact, they were trying to kill me for two years not that long ago. If they are after you, they can be very nasty, but I doubt that they would actually attack you physically. More likely, they would try to trick you, get into your mind, or launch some kind of psychic attack on you.

Although I doubt that it is case 2, it is still a possibility. However, you needn't worry. There is a simple, easy solution: ask for help. As a demon is typically associated with religion, pray to your deity (i.e. God) for safety and protection. Your deity WILL HELP YOU. Alternatively, you can go to a lesser religious figure like angels, if you believe in them. They can help too.

Still, after asking for protection, go bacck to case 1 and try to figure out if it is a metaphor, that will solve the problem if it's the case.
