  1. Hm, well is there something that's been bothering you or that has been on your mind? Are you hurting inside, but can't seem to express it or get it out? I have had some interesting dreams, and most of the time it's about the LAST thing I was thinking about before I went into a deep sleep.

  2. It's because dreaming is often a safe place to hash out things that you're subconsciously working on.  I never kill people, but sometimes I dream that I kill people. (Rarely-- and it's a sign that I'm angry and not letting myself acknowledge it.)

So I would say it's a healthy vent, even if you have nothing to be sad about. When I cry, I hate it because I feel very vulnerable and a little stupid for looking like I'm out of control.  So you could analyze what you're crying about (or post or email it to me) or you could just accept it-- you're no crazier than the rest of us for crying in your dream. Your subconscious has a great way taking care of you.

    Blessings!
