The last few days I have not been able to do anything that takes alot off effort. Even things such as getting in the bath and washing my hair or brushing my teeth or going up the stairs seems like a huge struggle. I feel so week and light headed when I do anything like this and it is very strange because I am very fit and can usually do quite active things. I am 5 ft 8 and I weight 120 pounds. There is no way I could be pregnent and I am eating normaly and very healthy, not cutting anything out,

Please help!

  1. I have this same problem before n usually doc will say I'm healthy. But I found out that I am mild anemic when I was pregnant. It is best to do blood test. Imagine, I was having giddiness while child birth n had to go  through c-section. Until now I am unable to skip meals or do heavy exercise. Advise u go doc and check.

  2. im not a doctor but my sister suffered from the same symptoms and it ended up that her blood pressure was high it wont do any harm to get it checked out

  3. there is alot of reasons why u might feel like that.  i dont know if u are having s*x  but if u are you might have an std im not trying to scare you... or maybe u have minor depression or stress... that might also be it , it takes alot of energy out of ur body and u always want to rest and not go out . but you should go see a doctor if it continues

  4. Get to your dr.  You could be seriously ill.  Besides that, at your height, your BMI is around 18, which is considered underweight.  This may contributing to your symptoms.

  5. I went through this same thing. I would have to get back into bed after my shower because it had worn me out so much. I went to the doctor and asked for some blood work. It came back that I was anemic. It was not an iron deficiency though. My body had lost all of its B12 and folate. The dr. gave me a B12 shot and prescribed B12 and folic acid pills. It made the biggest difference! I would recommend going to your doctor and getting blood work. It may be that you are anemic, too. Any time that I feel myself getting tired over the littlest effort, I know that I need to start taking my medicines again. Good luck and I hope this helps!
