Why do I keep getting an error message when I try to post on freecycle?

I am trying to email my freecycle group and I keep getting the following email sent back to me: We are unable to deliver the message from <[e-mail]>

to <[e-mail]>.

You can only send plain text messages to this group. HTML or

other formats are not allowed.

Please advise!!

do you have a link in your post? a photo perhaps? if so, you need to remove them prior to posting on that group
