Why do I keep getting blisters on my feet?

Okay, I'm a 13-year-old runner. I just joined cross country a couple of weeks ago, and I bought new shoes about three days ago. I kept getting blisters on the tips of my second toe, but that was before I got new shoes, so I just figured they were too small. I got new shoes and they've been fine for the past... three days. I've worn them in, gotten them nice and molded to my foot. And now I have a blister on my second toe again. Why is this? I don't get it and it's seriously starting to p**s me off.

Help please

  1. im 12 and just started cross country too:) and if your shoes arent to small they r too big... try diffrent socks see if the thickness of them helps:) mine was like that too :)

  2. its your socks. i had that happen to me to, lol! i bought some under armour socks, and they helped alot. nike dri-fit socks help good too.

    hope it gets better!

  3. Its because of your form, and the way your foot touches the ground, maybe becase your stomping too hard, it can be that when your foot touches hte ground, your toes push onto the top of your shoe, causing friction and you keep on doing that, making you feet slide back and forth back and forth when you pick up your foot and when it touches the gound. After a while your blisters will disappear, just don't run on the ground in a stomping way, just touch the ground softly when you run.
