Why do I keep getting "We are unable to support the number that you have provided at this time." to go mobile?

Every time I try to log into the mobile yahoo from my pc, I get the following message : "We are unable to support the number that you have provided at this time.". I didn't used to have this problem. I did the proper steps of registering my phone #. So, I have to go about being mobile the "long" way.. I log into yahoo from my phones internet. The problem with this, it doesn't send me message alerts every time I get a message.. I have to constantly go "internet" to check my messages. Any ideas as to what the problem with going "mobile" (sms) is? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thanks for your time :o) ~Tammy

  1. it depends what country are you sending your messages bec some location yahoo can't provideall the network.To get your message back thru your cellphone BEFORE you log out your yahoo messenger CLICK SIGN IN MOBILE..that means they can still send message thru you cellpone now.So need to check everytime your messages online.
