Why do I keep having dreams about saving babies? anyone else having dreams like this?

I have always had ALOT of dreams. Ones about tsunamis, bridges, standing on pillars with no way of getting down but lately my dreams are about saving babies One of my dreams I heard a baby screaming outside my house, I looked out the window and there was a chinese baby girl in the street crying in a diaper... The scary part was geese were tearing her diaper apart and hurting her, I ran out and brought the baby in she had a dirty diaper and the stuffing in her diaper was everywhere. I asked my mom if she knew that there was a baby outside and she said yes. My mom in real life would never be heartless and watch something so terrible happen so it really startled me.another dream, I saw a baby crawling in the street I ran and picked him up and brought him to his mother who didn't seem to care about her child. people have handed me a baby and i said this is Isabella I said i dont know what to do with her, they saidshes dead. I was so disturbed and now im scared to go to sleep:(

accually i have searched up like dream dictionary's and see what they say about different wierd dreams i have. i also have had many dreams about saving my baby neice from getting kidnapped and drowning. pretty wierd huh?
