Why do I keep having strange dreams about my dead ex-husband?

About seven months ago moments that we had previously shared kept popping into my mind and I had a strong sense that he was trying to communicate with me.

It's your brain helping you cope with his death. My grandfather died alittle over a year ago, and I have dreams about my memories with him all the time. When we are awake, we are too busy worrying about bills, and what to have for dinner, and things of that nature, and so when we dream our brain has time to bring up some of our emotions and happening that during the day we didn't have time to fully address. You probably just really miss those moments, even if you have already moved on, Him and the moments that you shared will always be a part of you.
