Question:

Why do I keep itching at the gym?

It never used to happen before, but now recently after a little while of working out, my hands will start to turn red at the balls of my fingers. Then after a little more it will spread to my belly or thighs without any contact by my hands to those areas.

The gym has a pool area, so I don't know if they put a new chemical into it but this is c**p. I'm only allergic to cillinis. I can't even exercise anymore in my safe environment. Any help?

  1. Well, I am a gymnast and over the summer I took a break and I went back about a month ago and we ran for 10 minutes straight and my body turned bright red and itched really bad, to the point where I couldn't run anymore. About a week after I went to the doctor and they said that my body just hadn't been used to all the excercising for a while. It isn't anything with allergic reactions, It's just your body is circulating and It hasn't in a while. Don't worry it will go away but it will take TIME. If it doesn't you should probably contact your doctor but wait a couple weeks. If you need more help email me!
